Description

We partnered with Brandi (one of our Super Fans) to put together this high protein snack that is awesome to make with leftovers.  Toss in your leftover salmon from the night before + any veggies and serve this frittata over a Fello bar for extra protein.

Super Easy + Super Tasty.

 

Ingredients (Serves: 1)

  • 1 - Spicy Pizza Protein Bar
  • 2 - Eggs
  • ¼ C - Almond Milk 
  • ¼ Pound - Precooked Salmon
  • 2 t - Avocado Oil
  • Vegetables (Broccoli, Microgreens, Cauliflower etc.)
  • Optional: Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Preparation

  1. Whisk Eggs with Almond Milk in small bowl
  2. Mix Salmon, Vegetables, Salt, Pepper in bowl
  3. Heat Avocado Oil in 8oz fry pan over medium heat
  4. When hot, add mix to pan and cook 3-4 minutes per side
  5. Serve over Spicy Pizza Protein Bar
  6. Enjoy your snack w/ benefits!
